How to Place And Pay For Your Order

In order to place an order for one or more of the Gift Items included on this Georgetown Historical Society web site, you must fill out and mail (by US Postal Mail) the 3-page Gift Shop Order Form that is obtained by clicking on Get Gift Shop Order Form . At this time the only way to pay for your order is by check or money order which you must include with your completed order form in order to receive your items.

In order to complete this form, it will be easier for you if you note and record the catalog numbers and prices of the items you would like to order.

After opening the order form, you may either print it out directly and fill it out manually with the required information, or preferably, type in the required information in the spaces provided while the form is still on the screen and then print out the completed form.

Once your order form is completed simply mail the completed form to the address indicated on the form along with your check or money order for the total amount of your order (including shipping fees). That is mail your order and payment to:
